1. Introduction

2. Services Offered
Sher-MKD offers digital marketing services including, but not limited to:
- Social Media Strategies
- SEO and SEM
- Content Marketing
- Web Design
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Bulk Text Messaging
- Shopify Store Design
3. Prices and Payments
Our prices start at $300 per week for basic services. Prices vary based on project size and scope. Payment must be made as per the agreed contract terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for service implementation. Clients must also comply with all applicable laws related to our services.
5. Confidentiality
Sher-MKD commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client-provided information. We will not share personal information without explicit client consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and work produced by Sher-MKD remain the property of Sher-MKD until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day prior notice. In case of termination, clients must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sher-MKD shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes with reasonable advance notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ecuador.
